Every wedding and event menu can be customized to reflect your guest count, style, venue, service format and budget.

Note: make any package family style service, add $12/ guest. Includes additional rentals (serveware, platters … not china) and staffing required to accommodate family style service. 

 

The Essential Package

$22 per person, suggested for an event 2 or less hours

• Choice of: Baked Penne, Mac n Cheese, Rice Pilaf, or Oven Roasted Potatoes

• Choice of: Green Beans Almondine or Roasted Broccoli

The Signature  Package

$38 per person, suggested for an event 3 or less hours

• Choice of 3 appetizers (hot and/or cold, seafood appetizers add $1.50 per person per appetizer)

• Choice of 1 Pasta (add $2 pp for bolognese sauce)

• Choice of 1 meat entree (seafood & beef entrees add $3 per person per entrée)

• Choice of 1 Side Dish

• Choice of Caesar or Garden Salad

• Dinner Rolls & Butter

The Cocktail Party Package

This package includes basic set-up of client space: table linens, napkins, utensils, tabletop glassware unless otherwise noted.

$65  per person; for 5 or less hours of service. Price includes servers, elegant upscale disposables

• Choice of 8 appetizers including 2 seafood appetizers! 

• Festive cheese and charcuterie display

• Additional charge for lobster or raw bar (MP)

The Estate Package

This package includes basic set-up of client space: table linens, napkins, utensils, tabletop glassware.

$79 per person - full-service price includes servers, elegant upscale disposables, chafers, linen tablecloths for food buffet. For 6 hours or less of service.

• Choice of 3 appetizers (hot and/or cold, certain appetizers require additional charges)

• Choice of 2 meat entrees (seafood & beef entrees additional per person per entrée)

The Premier Package

This package includes basic set-up of client space: table linens, napkins, utensils, tabletop glassware.

$89 per person - full-service price includes servers, elegant upscale disposables, chafers, linen tablecloths for food buffet. For 6 hours or less of service.
